Menus are seasonally driven and custom designed for each event and will be uniquely presented according to the occasion. Upon request and based on availability, organic ingredients will be used, always with a focus on the best possible product. If desired, a wine expert will also recommend the appropriate wines to pair with your menu, for the ultimate dining experience. Chef Lauren is also available for every day meal preparation and for private or group cooking instruction in your home.
