Chef Lauren and her crew were such a pleasure to work with! I specifically chose Bacco Catered Events because of the prompt response level and highly personalized attention to detail from the very beginning.Our holiday cocktail party is the highlight of our year. However, Chef Lauren and her staff made it even more festive and decadent than we could have ever dreamed of! Not only was each member of the Bacco staff incredibly professional, but they each made our guests feel completely taken care of for the entire night.The food was not only delicious, but the presentation of both the pass around hors d'oeuvres and the stationary food was so beautiful. Additionally, the bartender created yet an additional focal point in the bar that many guests commented on how beautiful it was!I feel SO lucky to have found Chef Lauren! We have already set our date for December of 2017!
